Jonathan Boonin is an attorney with Hutchinson Black & Cook, LLC in Boulder, Colorado. His legal practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, employment law counseling and litigation, and securities arbitration. Jonathan has served as a Visiting Professor and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado School of Law, teaching courses on Alternative Dispute Resolution, Torts, and Employment Law. He previously served as a Climenko Teaching Fellow at Harvard Law School where he taught a lawyering skills course
Jonathan is a member of the ADR Section of the Colorado Bar Association, and serves as a co-editor of the ADR Column for The Colorado Lawyer. Jonathan received his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Colorado in 1990 and his J.D. from Yale Law School in 1993, where he served as a senior editor of the Yale Law Journal.
