Salida Power Plant, Public Service Company of Colorado, U.S. Forest Service, the State of Colorado Division of Wildlife and Trout Unlimited, Salida, Colorado. CDR successfully mediated the settlement of an eight-year dispute over the re-licensing of two hydropower plants and the development of sustainable fisheries in a stretch of the Arkansas River. Parties included the U.S. Forest Service, Colorado Division of Wildlife, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Public Service Company of Colorado, and Trout Unlimited. The mediation was part of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission re-licensing process.
