Alabama-Coosa-Tallapoosa and Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basins Comprehensive Study, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. CDR conducted negotiation training and facilitated meetings as part of a multi-year, multi-million dollar collaborative effort by the states of Alabama, Georgia, and Florida, and the Mobile District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to study water resources and supply needs of two interstate river basins and consider a long-term facilitated negotiation on a water management coordination mechanism.
